I have been producing ceramics for the past 18 years, initially taking an evening class with Lisa Hammond at the Maze Hill Pottery.
During the years since then I have developed a passion for producing aesthetically pleasing functional pieces.
In the last four years I have been able to focus more on my ceramics. This has included studying part time at Morley College in London where my focus has been on perfecting my finish and developing glazes.
I am now lucky enough to have my own pottery and this has allowed me to develop work in a more structured and focused way. I have started to produce pieces which are more experimental and have been able to explore how my style can be used to develop a broad range of functional pieces.
