Penallt is a village in Monmouthshire, Wales set high on a hill above Monmouth. Pelham Hall is Penallt’s village hall and lies at the entrance to the village, which is four miles south of Monmouth off the B4293 Monmouth to Chepstow road.  The hall is used by the local and wider community for various activities and is home the cricket and tennis clubs.

Purchase your tickets for the event here, just head on into the main reception area. From there you’ll be able to visit some of our artisan stallholders in the the Makers Market, where we will also be serving hot and cold drinks, along with some delicious cakes. Head on upstairs to our fine art exhibition, showcasing our artist’s 2D and 3D work.
